We all know that households and businesses are struggling with the cost of living. Here at Catseye, it’s no different!
Increases in direct costs – staff costs, cat foods / litter, and of course energy are putting the business under some strain. It’s also the things that you don’t see: such as bank charges, Accountancy fees, interest, credit card merchant fees, waste disposal, the costs of keeping the buildings in tip-top condition and business insurance are all on the rise.

It’s also really important to mention that we pay and look after our team really well.

We would never, ever compromise the quality of service – we’ll not reduce staff hours, cut corners with hygiene standards or to start to restrict the amount of stuff we need to use!

That’s why we have reviewed our fees and a price increase is planned for 1 June 2026.
ALL future bookings made prior to 1 June 2026 will remain at the old rates. So, if you already have a booking with us or you book before 1 June 2026, the new rates don’t apply yet.

The previous tariff increase for 1 & 2 cats was October 2024 with 3 & 4 cats this is the first rate increase since August 2023. We can no longer hold the old rates.

We still believe Catseye offers tremendous value for money, compared to some other local catteries. And unlike some other catteries we have 4 members in team who rely on Catseye continuing to be a success – for them and their families.
