From 1 August 2020 our Opening Hours will be:
Mon-Fri 11am-5pm ( but departing cats must be collected by 3pm )
Sat 11am-1pm
Sun Closed
If you already have a booking made prior to 1 August 2020 with an arrival or departure day of Sunday booked – please don’t worry as we will honour this arrangement!
However, you will no longer be able book a Sunday arrival or departure after 1 August 2020.
The new opening hours may mean you have to modify your required boarding dates.
Cat Arrivals: Mon-Fri 11am-5pm. Cat Departures: Mon – Fri 11am-3pm. Cat Arrivals & Departures: Sat 11am-1pm.
Why do we open at 11am? The cattery “morning round” is the busiest part of our working day. We are very focused on providing our guests the best care possible. Opening at 11am ensures that we can see to the needs of our guests and have the cattery safe and ready for arrivals / departures.
